Whitehills Business Park is located adjacent to Junction 4 of the M55 Motorway, around 15 minutes drive from both Lytham St Annes and Blackpool Town Centre.
Access to the Business Park is from Hallam Way on the eastern frontage and Lytham St Annes Way on the southern frontage. Hallam Way, via Preston New Road, provides a direct link from the site to the M55, which in turn provides access to the M6 motorway and the major commercial centers of Lancaster, Preston, and Greater Manchester.
The Business Park is Fylde’s largest multi-use development and employment site and comprises a range of uses including residential, office, retail warehousing, industrial, trade counters, hotel, and car showrooms. Occupiers on the park include B&Q, Travis Perkins, and Premier Lodge to name a few.
